John Humphreys is an economist, investor and Adjunct Scholar at the Centre for Independent Studies. He has an economics honours degree and has worked previously for Treasury and as an economic consultant. He has written three books and numerous articles and papers covering issues such as tax, trade and liberty. His personal blog is Chapter 5 and he also contributes to the LDP blog.

Sukrit Sabhlok is an Arts/Law student at the University of Melbourne. Sukrit set up Thoughts on Freedom (ToF) in 2006 and when ToF merged with the ALS Sukrit became an ALS board member.

terje (say tay-a) is Terje Petersen. He is a dedicated family-man and runs an IT consultancy in Sydney.

Jim Fryar is a libertarian of long standing, having been one of the original members (and subsequently Rural Director) of the Progress Party. He served as campaign manager for the late Bill Runge, who achieved 10%+ in the state election for the seat of Gympie, and stood against Bob Katter Snr in Kennedy in the early 80s, running such a successful campaign that Bob only snuck back in by about 29,000 votes.

justinjefferson is Justin Jefferson, figher of evil and defender of truth.

Andrew Russell is a Queensland based objectivist and all-round trouble maker.

Tex is Chris Texter. Tex runs the blog Whackingday and introduced himself more fully in his first blog post at Thoughts on Freedom.

Chrisjv is Chris Vinall. Chris lives and works in South Australia and has previously blogged with Sam Ward at A Yobbo’s View.

Steve Edwards maintains the blog: The Raving Wingnut. Steve has an Arts (honours) degree and has worked previously as a political spechwriter and university tutor and is currently working in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Mark Hill used to be Another Bloody Libertarian (ABL) and is currently an economics PhD student.

skepticlawyer is Helen Dale (nee Darville). She is the author of one novel, The Hand that Signed the Paper, many short stories and much journalism. She has lived in various countries not her own, at one point refused to vote for three years, and is now a member of the Liberty and Democracy Party. She is currently working as a lawyer.
